Rachel is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping others and specialises in treating sports injuries. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sports Science and Health from DCU, followed by a First Class Honours Masters degree in Physiotherapy from UCD.

Rachel has gained valuable clinical experience at the Sports Surgery Clinic and has also completed additional qualifications in Personal Training. This combination of academic knowledge and hands-on expertise allows her to deliver personalised treatment and exercise programs tailored to each of her patient’s individual goals.

Coming from a competitive sports background Rachel, understands the need and desire to return to sport and full physical fitness. Outside of her professional practice, Rachel is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys basketball, Pilates, and resistance training.
